2. Weight reduction:

Weight management and weight reduction care is provided at Aishwarya Ayurveda through an integrated program of addressing the reason for weight gain, treating the underlying health issue, redesigning diet patterns, modifying lifestyle, Ayurveda Panchakarma therapies, Ayurveda medicines, exercises, and stress reduction techniques. BMR, BMI, fat-muscle ratio, and many other related factors are analyzed by experts before preparing a weight reduction care plan. 3. Joint Care:

A joint in a human body is a point where 2 or more bones connect and the purpose is to provide mobility. A joint is made up of many structures such as bones, cartilages, synovial membrane, synovial fluid, ligaments, tendons, bursae, and meniscus. Joints are subject to wear and tear due to everyday use, abuse, and disuse. Hence caring for the joints and joint supporting structures is very important for a healthy life. Joint care is a comprehensive process that includes various elements. Ensuring proper nutrition with enough levels of calcium, phosphorus, and other essential minerals, Vitamin D, and other involved vitamin levels, lubrication, and exercise that involves normal bone movements form part of joint care. Joints support the body and hence maintaining healthy body weight is included in joint care. Gait and posture influence joint health. Joint care at Aishwarya Ayurveda analyzes the gait and posture and corrections are provided wherever necessary. Muscles, blood supply, and nerve supply involved with the joint structure and function are also cared for as part of joint care

4, Smrithi meditation:

This meditation is a guided interactive psychotherapeutic meditation developed based on the principles of mental health explained in the Ayurveda treatise of Charaka Samhita. This technique is a tool for the diagnosis and management of psychosomatic diseases. The objectives of Smrithi Meditation are personality development, management of stress and stress-related disorders, diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic illnesses, identifying the psychic component of illnesses, promoting emotional and intellectual health, and handhold a person to achieve the desired goal in life. Five components of mental health care or SatvavajayaChikitsa Jnana-Knowledge, Vijnana-intellect, Dhairya-courage and confidence, Smrithi-memory, and Samadhi-inner realization are applied in the Smrithi Meditation process with special emphasis on
